Eddie Tang has recently been appointed as General Manager, Swiss-Belhotel Hualun Hefei, in Anhui Province. Mr. Tang has extensive experience in senior management positions in the international hotel industry especially in respect of Food and Beverage.

He has more than 20 years hospitality industry experience in China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore and Malaysia. He has held senior positions in international four and five star hotels including Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Meritus Hotels and Resorts, Renaissance and New World, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Regent International and Hilton International.

Mr. Tang also has extensive experience in Food and Beverage with eight hotels pre-opening experience in China and Malaysia.

He is a graduate of University of New Brunswick, Canada with B.A. Economics and holds certificate from Educational Institute for the American – Hotel and Motel Association. His nationality is Malaysian (residency in Auckland New Zealand) and he speaks English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Teochew, Hokkien and Cantonese.
