A Shenyang business delegation has returned from Hong Kong after attracting investment from Hong Kong for developing hotel and business projects.

Of the Hong Kong investors, Henderson Land Development Company Limited is planning to build an international financial tower in Shenyang, which will be more than 300 meters high, and will be the tallest building in the city.

Shimao Group will invest more than US$1 billion to develop the Wulihe Stadium area, and they also plan to build a 5-star hotel, an office building, a modern shopping mall and high-class residential property in this area.

Hong Kong Polytec Group is also preparing to invest US$1 billion to construct a complex that involves entertainment, sightseeing, shopping and residences. They will also invest other US$1 billion on a project in Hunnan New District, including a 5-star hotel, an office building and serviced apartment.
