InterContinental Beijing Financial Street has announced the appointment of Barbara Leung-Maradik as the area director of sales and marketing.

Leung-Maradik brings with her almost 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the hospitality field spanning Hong Kong, Bali, Bangkok, Jakarta, Taipei, Singapore and most recently Seattle, Washington prior to returning to Beijing.

In her new role, Leung-Maradik will also take on area responsibilities for the eight IHG hotels in Beijing which include brands such as Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza and Express by Holiday Inn.
