The first private yacht dock is to be constructed in Guangzhou at the White Swan Hotel to handle large parties and meetings.

Zhu Ming, public relations manager of White Swan Hotel, has told local media that the hotel had done some research on the project and would begin construction very soon.

"As a first-class business hotel, White Swan must have facilities that meet the requirements of customers. Therefore, we are going to make use of our private dock, and purchase a large luxury yacht, so that we can organize banquets, meetings and weddings onboard," Zhu said.

Besides the yacht project, the hotel will also undertake a 10-month renovation with an investment of RMB530 million. After that, the White Swan Hotel will be branded a "Luxury Business Hotel" with local Cantonese features.
