Joulian Gets New Hotel Role In China
Landis Hotels and Resorts Group has appointed André A Joulian as president of the Landis Group's China operations.
In addition to his present position as general manager of Skyway Landis Hotel Shanghai, Joulian will oversee the operational performance of Landis' two hotels in China, Hotel One Suzhou and Skyway Landis Hotel Shanghai. He will also spearhead the group's business development in the country, where Landis has an ambitious expansion plan.
Joulian has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 35 years. Before joining Landis, he was with the Hilton Group. A French national, Joulian has nearly 30 years experience in hotel management in Asia, working in Hong Kong, Indonesia and Singapore. Because of his contributions to the hotel industry, he was recently awarded the Knight of Merit Medal, the highest honor the French Government confers on those who make unique contributions to agriculture related sectors.
