24K Hotels To Reshuffle Business
In order to meet the needs of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and 2010 Shanghai Expo, Shanghai Jinguan Hotel Service Company the stakeholder of 24K Hotels, will reorganize the share structure of 24K Hotels to ensure a stable expansion of the brand.
According to the company's plan, they will enter the hospitality market with the dual brands of 24K Private Hotel and 18K budget hotel. The company believes this is conducive to expanding its market share.
24K private hotel will mainly target middle and up-market business clients, middle class travelers and other upscale clients and focus on developing in the first tier cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, while 18K will be positioned to serve the general traveler and business travelers and will expand in the second and third tier cities as well as some key tourism cities or economically-developed cities.
Started in March 2005, Shanghai Jinguan Hotel Service Company is engaged in hotel investment, development and management. It launched the 24K Hotels brand in cooperation with Shanghai Minda Investment Management Company.
