Howard Johnson Wanhe Wenzhou Hotel is slated to open in December.

The hotel reportedly has a total investment of RMB210 million and is jointly built by Howard Johnson International and Wenzhou local enterprise Wanhe Hotel Investment Company.

Located in Wenzhou central business district, the hotel has been divided into two phases. The finished phase has more than 200 deluxe rooms, a great hall with over 700-guest capacity, over 20 VIP rooms, multifunctional meeting rooms, Chinese and Western restaurants, a lounge bar, swimming pool, and a spa. The second phase, which is still under construction, will introduce another 400 deluxe guest rooms.

Howard Johnson International first came to China in 1999. The group has reportedly signed management contracts with over 30 deluxe hotel and resort properties in strategic locations throughout China, including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Xi'an, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Xiamen, Chongqing, Chengdu, and Ningbo.
