There are two new appointments for the Traders Hotel, Shenyang.

Craig Powell is the new resident manager at the hotel. Powell is fully responsible for hotel operations reporting to the General Manager. He is from the Fiji Islands, and in his 19 years of hotel experience, he has worked in several international hotels that include Rasa Sentosa Resort, Singapore; Shangri-La's Fijian Resort and the Fiji Mocambo Hotel; Golden Flower Hotel, Xian; and Shenyang is his second appointment within the Shangri-La Group in China.

Dale Wang has been appointed as the executive chef of Traders Hotel, Shenyang, with full responsibility for kitchen management and operations. Wang, who is from Beijing, has worked in the hospitality industry for 18 years. He has worked in several international hotels such as the Sino-Swiss Hotel, Beijing; the China World Hotel, Beijing; and Shangri-La Hotel, Huhhot. Traders Hotel, Shenyang is Wang's third appointment within the Shangri-La group.
