The Sichuan Provincial Tourism Bureau and Sichuan Provincial Investment Promotion Bureau recently organized a tourism promotion meeting in Chengdu, and more than 30 enterprises attended this meeting including groups from the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Macau, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangxi, Shanxi, Shaanxi and Sichuan.

This promotion meeting focused on development of the Shangrila Scenic Spot and Pengzu Mountain international resort area. The projects at the Shangrila Scenic Spot in Sichuan consists of three relative mature scenic spots including Dangling, Kangding Forest Hotspring resorts and Film City of Kang Ding Love Song. The Pengzu Mountain project will be built according to modern international resort standards and combine local traditional culture with modern amenities.

According to local media, these four projects total more than RMB4.5 billion in investment.
