The RMB20 million invested resort area occupies about 6,000 square meters and has eight villas and one apartment. It provides standard guestrooms and family suites and is positioned as a complex of leisure traveling, recuperation, dining service and fitness.

Viable Hot Spring & Seaview Community Sanya also recently opened. It has many kinds of guestrooms with sea or mountain views, a shopping facility, business center, and a golf driving range. It focuses on providing Chinese traditional medicinal therapy and musicotherapy for guests.
