China Real Estate Top Brand Company and Zobon Real Estate Group have signed a management deal with Vantage Hospitality Group China Office and CBVI & Lexington Hotel Management Company for the new Zhuhai Zobon Business Hotel.

The Zhuhai Zobon Business Hotel opened in 2005 and was invested in and re-built by Zobon Real Estate Company. In July 2007, the hotel was awarded a five-start designation.

Chinas Best Value Inn & Lexington Collection Hotel Company have already signed many hotels that are going to open early 2008. These include Shenyang Lexington Rich Gate Hotel, which will soft open in May 2008; Wuhan Beautel Lexington Hotel which will soft open in November 2008; and  Ningbo Lexington Plaza Hotel which will open in early 2009.
