Kempinski Inks Third Shanghai Management Deal

Kempinski Hotels has signed an agreement with Shanghai An Shun Real Estate Development to manage Kempinski Residences Hongqiao, set to open late 2007.
The property will be the group's third in Shanghai and cover 11,700 sqm. A total of 212 luxurious residences ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms, plus a limited number of 4 and 6 bedroom residences, will be available for long term rental.
Kempinski Residences Hongqiao are being designed by architect Shanghai East Architecture Designing Company with interior design by DiLeonardo International Inc. The futuristic architecture is intended to integrate both the beauty of form and the practicality of function, so that residents can really enjoy the many facilities planned.
Facilities will include a conference centre, Club House with swimming pool, fitness centre, as well as entertainment, shopping and restaurant areas, all within the complex.
