According to Air China, from March 1, their global toll free service line 4008-100-999 has been formally launched in Chongqing, Tibet, Guizhou, Xinjiang, Gansu, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Qinghai and Yunnan.

Including Sichuan, the province where Air China had already launched the toll free service line last year, this line now covers all 10 provinces and municipalities in western China. Bookers in these 10 areas can use this line for ticket booking and consultation.

Air China's B2C website airchina.com.cn is also slated to complete its upgrade soon to better serve travel agencies and corporate bookers. With the launch of these two services, passengers can buy tickets by phone, email, fax, or online, which will help them to enjoy different kinds of services.
