Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street has opened a new spa to cater to provide a welcome treat for its busy guests.

"Therapy for your soul not only comes from the hands of a masseuse, it also comes from the world-renowned service of The Ritz-Carlton. At our new luxury lifestyle spa, we have blended the customs and culture of China with the rich traditions of The Ritz-Carlton in the design and treatments, offering a sense-of-place experience that is unique and personalized," says General Manager Derek Flint.

Occupying an entire floor of the hotel, the 1,500 sqm Ritz-Carlton Spa, Beijing, Financial Street is designed to offer an oasis of rejuvenation and tranquility. The lifestyle spa encompasses relaxation lounges and 11 treatment rooms consisting of a signature suite featuring Aquatherapy and an exclusive couples' suite highlighting Ann Sack's soaking tub. Additional features include four enriching body treatment rooms, two specially designed rooms for Thai massage and three facial rooms.

Complementing the spa is an extensive health club equipped with a 24-hour fitness center featuring an array of treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary cycles and weight training equipment, a free movement yoga room, a heated indoor lap pool with Jacuzzi beds, plunge pools, steam and sauna rooms. A full-service hair and nail salon provides guests with professional services for special occasions.

The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street is the third luxury hotel in the company to open in China. The hotel joins The Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai and The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong in the China portfolio of the company.
