Jones Lang LaSalle has sold Traders Hotel Kunshan for US$58 million to Kingdom Hotel Investment.
The transaction was done by Craig Collins and Clinton Wu, who are administrative vice president and vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle, respectively.
Traders Hotel Kunshan, is located in the city center and the financial district of Kunshan, a rising star in Yangtze River Delta for its economic growth and urban development. It offers 387 rooms including 26 suites apart from a complete set of food, meeting and fitness facilities. Traders Hotel Kunshan is the second property that Jones Lang LaSalle has sold successfully in the past six months following the sale of Sheraton Hotel Wuxi, according to Craig Collins.
