The Intercontinental Chongquin is indeed fortunate to be led by a team headed by Carlo Schmed, a man of exquisite charm, talent and experience. I was the beneficiary of those attributes many years ago when he ran the Jianguo Hotel in Beijing. He made my wife's and my stay there very special which has yet to be matched by any other hotel of my experience.
