Hong Kong based Sun Hung Kai Properties has announced the opening of the Royal View Hotel in June 2007.
The 4-star Royal View Hotel is the fifth hotel developed under the Sun Hung Kai Properties in Hong Kong. Located on the Ting Kau waterfront in Tsuen Wan, the 15-story hotel and its 691 rooms and suites have been designed to take advantage of its seashore surroundings, creating a calm oasis where both business travelers and Hong Kong families can relax and recharge.
Situated between Ting Kau and Lido beaches, the hotel enjoys sweeping seascapes with impressive views of the Tsing Ma and Ting Kau bridges available from most guest rooms. All guest rooms include broadband Internet access, IDD telephone, satellite TV channels and 32-inch LCD TVs. A wireless broadband service is available in public areas of the hotel.
In addition to hi-tech communications, rooms include a kitchenette, tea and coffee-making facilities and individually controlled air-conditioning. Serviced apartments will be available for guests on longer stays.
Royal View Hotel facilities feature Jacuzzi, sauna & steam rooms, swimming pool, a 24-hour gym room, and reading corner with Internet access.
