More Star Hotels For Shenzhen's Longgang Area

According to the Longgang Star Hotels Layout Study, 12 star hotels will be built in Shenzhen's Longgang District within the year, and 18 more hotels will be built by 2020.
Of those hotels that will be built in the next twelve years, two will be five-star hotels, 11 will be four-star hotels and five are planned to be three-star hotels. The number of star hotels in Longgang will reach 38 by 2020.
At present, most hotels in Longgang are small, low-level hotels and only a few of them are star hotels. Local media reports that the low quality of current hotels do not match the high aspirations the area has for reinventing itself into a major bsiness travel destination.
Twelve hotels are to be built soon in Longgang. Two of them are located in Pinghu Logistics Base, one in Henggang Center, three in Sport City, one in Baolong Biling Industrial Area, one in East Town and four in the East Coastal Areas.
