Passengers who now depart from Guiyang's Longdongbao Airport for domestic flights with Air China now can use an automated check-in booths to speed their journey.

Passengers can print boarding passes, choose their seats, and add air mileage at these new booths.

Hou Yanchun, managing director of the Guiyang Air China office said Air China launched this new service in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, and Guiyang. In the future, Air China will launch this service in Chongqing, Dalian, and Nanjing in order to provide good service to their customers.

The service currently only applies to e-ticket passengers who have no checked luggage. For passengers with baggage, special meals, or wheelchair demands, they will still need to go to the counter and talk to an airline representative.
