Frasers Hospitality has entered into a new agreement with Yanlord Investment, to manage the Fraser Suites Chengdu.

Expected to open its doors in the first half of 2010, Fraser Suites Chengdu is located between Chengdu's main Central Business District and Tian Fu Square, a public transit hub with access to prominent tourist attraction such as Culture Park. It is also centrally situated within shopping destinations, such as the People's Department Store and Chengdu Department Store.

Fraser Suites Chengdu is designed by NBBJ, who have worked on notable projects in the past like the luxury waterfront residential complex, The Sail @ Marina Bay in Singapore and world-class mixed-used development, The Residences at Liberty in New Jersey.

All 310 modern and well-appointed apartments and penthouses at Fraser Suites Chengdu offer panoramic views of the city and feature generous living spaces.
