Air Ticket Agents Improve After-Sales Service

The Beijing Aviation Transportation Association says it has worked out a scheme to compensate travelers if incorrect tickets are issued to them.
As part of this plan, BATA has approved the first batch of 21 air ticket agents and given each the title "Credible Enterprise in Welcoming the Olympic Games". Zhang Baoquan, secretary general of BATA, has told local media that these 21 air ticket agents have been selected among more than 1000 air ticket agencies within the city.
These agents have signed a letter of acceptance in which they say they will refund the full amount of airfare and compensate consumers their related transportation fees if the consumer's travel is delayed because the air ticket agents issuing of incorrect tickets. In addition, air ticket agents need to notify the consumers about relevant conditions when selling discounted air tickets.
The 21 air ticket agents are Foreign Enterprise Aviation Service, CTS Head Office, Huaxia Aviation Service, CITS Head Office, Huabei Yuntong, Tianyi Baode, China Youth Travel Service, Aobote, Shenzhou Travel Service, Civil Aviation Business Building, China Travel International Ltd, Xinhua Aviation Service, Yangguang Zhilv, Kunpeng Zhilv, Xianglong Aviation Service, Tianyuan Aviation Service, Feima Aviation Service, Huayi Logistics, Pengjun Aviation Service, Beijing Freight, and Anzhen Aviation Service.
