Robert Cheng has been appointed the new rooms division manager of the Crowne Plaza Nanjing Hotel & Suites.
Original from Jiangsu, Cheng is now fully responsible for the operations and performance of the hotel's rooms division. Cheng has 10 years of experience in the hotel industry, beginning his career in 1996 with Shangri-La. Since then he has worked in the front office, revenue management and sales and marketing areas of numerous international branded hotels like Crowne Plaza, Marco Polo and Kempinski Hotels Group in China.
