Renaissance Yangtze Shanghai Hotel has appointed Sam Weng Hon as the new director of food and beverage.
Originally from Malaysia, he was internationally educated in Switzerland's renowned hospitality schools and has over 15 years of food and beverage experience. Before travelling to Mainland China, he was director of food and beverage at the Hyatt Regency, Malaysia and has held several international assignments including Hong Kong, Switzerland and Signapore.
