Hainan Will Launch Four Travel Activities

The Hainan Provincial Tourism Bureau says that they will focus on launching four kinds of travel activities in the second half of this year to better promote the province's tourism resources.
The four activities include travel exchanges with Japan, travel promotions in Russia, launching Hainan Island Happy Tip themed travel, and participation in China International Travel Mart 2007 which is to be held in Kunming.
At the end of this month, the first batch of Japanese tour groups will arrive in Hainan and in October the province's visiting group will also set off for Japan where they will hold a large travel presentation.
Russia has long been one of the most important international travel markets for Hainan. In September this year, Hainan will arrange a series of travel promotions there.
The annual Hainan Island Happy Festival will be held from November 16-18. In order to attract more tourists to join this year's festival, HPTB will launch a themed travel packed with various activities that will enable tourists to better experience the island.
Finally ,when the CITM 2007 opens on November 1 in Kunming, Hainan will send a group of travel service providers to bring the province's featured travel products there.
