Chris Adams has been appointed executive assistant manager for food and beverage at Crowne Plaza Fudan Shanghai.
Adams has more than 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, gathering a wide array of food and beverage experience in hotels, restaurants and resorts in many different countries. Before joining IHG, he was food and beverage manager and executive chef in Karma Resort & Spa, Koh Samui, Thailand.
