Gloria Plaza Hotel Comes To Shanghai

The rapidly expanding hotel group Gloria Hotels & Resorts will soon open a new hotel in Shanghai, according to local media.
Located at the center of Kangqiao Industrial Zone, the new hotel, Gloria Plaza Hotel Kangqiao Shanghai, features a unique design with 75 rooms and suites, in addition to 63 fully furnished service apartments.
The hotel is within easy reach of the Golden Bridge Development Zone, Zhangjiang Development Zone and German Industrial Park, and a 12-minute drive from the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center and close to Pudong International Airport.
The hotel's 75 rooms are all equipped with advanced business and recreational facilities including IDD/DDD telephones, voicemail, broadband Internet access, mini-bar and satellite TV. In addition, the hotel has a big ballroom that can hold up to 300 people and three multi-functional rooms for various meetings.
Set up in 1992, Gloria Hotels & Resorts currently manages 16 hotels across China. The group plans to own 25-30 new hotels in the next five years. There is no mention in local media reports of a definite date for the opening of the Gloria Plaza Hotel Kangqiao Shanghai.
