The Civil Aviation Administration of China announced the State Council's decision that the collection policy of airport construction fees will be postponed to 2010.
With high-speed development in recent years of the airline sector, CAAC says the original policy couldn't meet
the current needs and requirements because airline companies often have losses and oil costs are so high.
The Ministry of Finance originally applied for State Council to postpone the collection fee in 2006.
