Sofitel Plaza Xiamen has unveiled its new banqueting space and facilities aimed at the area's growing meetings, incentive travel, conventions, and exhibitions market.
The hotel's banqueting space covers 1086 square meters and new meeting rooms are focused on hosting small to medium sized events, press conferences or private dining.
The New Diamond Room is the hotel's main meeting area and boasts a ceiling that is 7.5 meters high and floor space of over 500 square meters. The state-of-the-art facilities provide advanced audio and visual equipment, including built-in LCD projectors, video teleconferencing, video multi-system players, closed-circuit television and quick wireless Internet access.
Other meeting rooms on the second floor include the Emerald, Jade and Jasper areas.
