Expo Pushes Nanning Hotel Market Development

Nanning Jinfuying Hotel, jointly invested by enterprises from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Dongguan, is newly opened in Nanning.
The China-ASEAN Expo has been successfully held in Nanning for three consecutive years making Nanning jump onto the world stage and pushing the hotel sector to beef up is facilities. Its good investment environment and high-speed growth economy are the reasons Jia Yunting, deputy CEO of Nanning Jinfuying Hotel, says the company chose to open the hotel in the city. He also believeds that their hotel will obtain highly investment return within 5-10 years.
This new hotel combines four-star standards with guestrooms, Chinese and Western restaurants, as well as entertainment facilities.
According to local media, there are 85 star hotels in nanning, including five five-star, eight four-star, 32 three-star, 39 two-star, one one-star, as well as 10 hotels under renovation or construction around the city.
