Sichuan Airlines Invests RMB53.6 Million In Northeast Airlines

According to The Civil Aviation Administration of China, Sichuan Airlines will invest RMB53.6 million into Northeast Airlines.
Northeast Airlines total investment capital of RMB160 million also includes RMB54.4 million from Shenyang Zhongrui Investment Company; RMB26 million from State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shenyang; and RMB26 million from Liaoning Huanjiang Corporation.
One insider of Sichuan Airlines has told local media that Northeast Airlines will begin to operate by the first half of next year. And Sichuan Airlines has agreed to transfer 30 flight personnel, 20 stewards, and six aircraft crew as well as leasing out of one A319 and two EMB145 aircrafts to the new company.
Northeast Airlines will first fly the routes among Shenyang, Dalian, Dandong, Jinzhou and Chaoyang and be based at Shenyang Taoxian International Airport and Chaoyang Airport.
