According to local media, FH Land says it has signed a deal with InterContinental Hotels Group for strategic cooperation, purchase of Fangheng International Center Phase I hotel and management of the Phase II comprehensive hotels.
Fangheng International Center covers 250,000 square meters and is a complex of hotels, business facilities, office buildings and administrative residences in Beijing's Wangjing district.
Fangheng International Center has reportedly been wholly sold to Intercontinental. Fangheng shopping mall will be opened in December and the new area will house an Express By Holiday Inn hotel.
