HES Names Two New Hospitality Consultants In China

HES Global Hospitality Executive Search has appointed two new consultants for Greater China.
Eva-Maria Weege, based at the new Beijing office, graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Hotel Management School Hamburg, Germany, and has prior work experience in Marriott and Kempinski in Germany. Weege will be dealing mostly with clients in Beijing and brings with her a diverse background of European management style and local presence and understanding of the Beijing market.
Yo Yo Chen, based in Shenzhen, worked for Jumeirah Hotels in Dubai in the human resources department. She studied for three years in Switzerland at the Swiss Hotel Management Degree in Caux/Montreux for her BA in Hospitality Management plus a further year at The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management in Dubai. She also studied for one year in St. Julians, Malta. Prior to her studies she worked for the Hilton Hotel in her native Chongqing.
