Peter Lam has been appointed general manager of the Grand Mercure Baolong Hotel Shanghai.
Lam joined Accor in 2000 and since then has been in various Accor hotel properties in the key cities of Shanghai and Beijing. Most recently, he was general manager of Mercure Suzhou Park Hotel & Suites. Prior to that, Lam held senior operations positions with other hotel groups in Greater China including Ritz Carlton Hotels, Regal Hotel and Hyatt Hotel & Resorts.
