First Pullman Resort Heads For Sanya

News from the Sanya Tourism Development Bureau is that Accor will open the Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Resort & Spa, making it the first Pullman resort in China.
This hotel is located in Yalong Bay and scheduled to be opened in the first quarter of 2008. It has 115 villas with individual private swimming pools and a main building of 77 guestrooms, meeting rooms, ballrooms, a spa, as well as recreation and fitness facilities.
Accor reportedly expects to expand their Pullman brand from Sanya throughout the China market. Pullman is positioning as a high-end hotel and targets business travelers. In 2008, the Pullman network will comprise 45 hotels already operating in 23 countries in Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Latin America. By 2015, the Pullman network will comprise 250 hotels around the world.
