Thomas ZhangThomas Zhang has been appointed as executive chef of Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou.

He will oversee all kitchen activities at the hotel. Zhang has been in the hospitality industry for 14 years, and prior to joining Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou he was executive chef of Traders Hotel, Shenyang by Shangri-La.
