Peter HowGloria Resort Sanya has appointed Peter How as the executive chef for the Western kitchen.

A native Singaporean, Chef How brings with him 21 years of experience that has seen him through various hotel groups such the Le Meridien, Sol Melia, Ramada and Meritus Mandarin. He spent the last seven years managing assignments at international golf clubs in Tianjin and Qingdao.
