Deluxe Five-star Hotel Comes To Dalian

A hotel project which includes deluxe five-star hotel, 5A-level office building, business facilities, and serviced apartments has started construction in Dalian.
This project involves investment of more than RMB3 billion and will be jointly by Coastal Greenland Limited Dalian Branch. Local media reports Marriott International as well as some other companies are also involved in the construction. It will become a new iconic building in the Xinghaiwan financial business district of Dalian.
Founded in Hong Kong in 1990, Coastal Greenland Limited has owned development projects in 13 major cities in China. And Marriott currently has outlets under the five-star brand JW Marriott in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Chongqing.
