Hunan Huatian Great Hotel Company Signs For Changchun

Hunan Huatian Great Hotel Company Limited has signed with Changchun Ji'an Real Estate Development Company Limited for management of the Changchun Jingdu Hotel.
According to the agreement, Changchun Jingdu Hotel will be renamed Huatian Great Hotel, which is scheduled to be reopened in March 2008. The previous hotel opened in 2006 and was positioning as a five-star comprehensive hotel combining business areas, meeting facilities, dining outlets, as well as entertainment facilities. It occupies 32 floors and possesses 522 guestrooms.
This is also the second five-star hotel which HHGH has managed in this way after they took over Noble Hotel Changchun in 2005.
There are reportedly about 50 star-level hotels in Changchun, of which only three are five-star hotels. HHGH is planning to expand tourism investment in China's northeast areas, making this hotel one of its primary focuses in 2008.
