Lishui Building Its First Deluxe Hotel

Lishui Huaqiao Hotel is scheduled to be opened in early 2009, at which time it will become the first five-star standard hotel in Lishui.

The hotel has total investment of RMB350 million jointly made by twelve overseas Chinese who were born in
Lishui. It will be a 24-story complex combining residences, dining outlets, entertainment facilities, shopping and exhibition outlets.

Mou Yongxiang, general manager of Lishui Huaqiao Hotel Limited Company, told local media that the main building will be established by the end of 2007 and then decoration of the facilities will be swiftly completed to ensure its opening in early 2009.

Lishui city is located in the southwest area of Zhejiang and lies at the junction of Zhejiang and Fujian provinces, near to Wenzhou.
