Argyle Hotel Management Group Settles In Wenzhou

Argyle Hotel Management has signed a cooperative agreement with Wenzhou Feiyunhu Land Company Limited for a resort under the brand of Argyle in Wencheng, Wenzhou.
According to local media reports, this is the first time for Argyle to expand its five-star resort hotel brand to a third-tier city like Wencheng in China. This project has gained some support and recognition from the Wencheng County government and it has become the biggest investment project around in the county for 2007.
This new hotel is located about 90 minutes from Wenzhou Airport and has 250 guestrooms and suites, a meeting center, business clubs, a small golf driving range and an exclusive tour dock, which is scheduled to be opened in 2010.
Argyle Hotel Management Group, headquartered in Perth, is one of the largest Australian hospitality management providers. The group currently manages twelve hotels and resorts in China with over 3500 rooms.
