What criteria do you use when selecting a venue for events or the company activities that you organize?
Service, brand, rate, and location are the key criteria that we always consider. The standard of service is the key so that we can ensure that our clients receive a high quality service. We prefer European brands for our visitors from Sweden.

What are your favorite hotels when you arrange company MICE?
Xinjiang Yin Du Hotel, Hong Kong Plaza Service Apartments, Radisson SAS Hotel Beijing, and the Sofitel Westlake Hangzhou.

Which hotel on the mainland impresses you most and why?
The Xinjiang Yin Du Hotel impresses me very much. Our meetings, company events and banquets are held in Xinjiang. This hotel provides the essential facilities, professional service, and a typical Xinjiang flavor and menu as well. All these help satisfy our clients and improve our corporate image.

What criteria do you use for purchasing airline services? Do you regularly cooperate with any airline?
I prefer airlines with good service, successful airlines with a good number of flights, which offer flexibility for arrangements or changes. Air China meets our requirements: that’s why I choose Air China all the time.

With many foreign air companies entering the local market, are there any changes in the service levels from local airlines and what problems still exist?
Local airlines have improved a lot on service and selection, and many of them have settled down to offer more direct flights. It is easier and more convenient to reach smaller cities now. However with more flights, delays are frequent. I really hope that airlines will take effective action to keep flights on time. And I hope that they will improve their service yet further.

How do you like China Hospitality News and its online service?
They are pretty useful references for travel and MICE arrangements. Up-to-date travel information and rich options make it easy to plan meetings and business trips. The e-magazine is easy to get and convenient to search, which helps us work easily when away from our office. I download it and do searches regularly.

What are your hobbies? And what type of vacation do you like?
Sports and travel are my favorites. I prefer to travel FIT. For travel destinations: Sanya and Jiu Zhaigou are attractive for their beautiful sight-seeing, service and the essential facilities.

What are your travel plans in the near future?
A Xiamen trip is the latest travel plan for my family. It has a specific area culture, nice tour sights, and good weather. Perfect travel facilities make it a good travel destination. Tibet is my dream travel designation. Its mystery and purity are magic. To touch and feel the snow covered plateau, Tibetan Buddhism, and the simple people. Seriously, you really should go there.
