Citic Group Spends RMB1 Billion To Build Huizhou Resort

The Citic Shenzhen (Group) Company plans to invest RMB1 billion to build a high-end resort area combining leisure, meeting, hotspring, and residence facilities in the Tangquan area of Huizhou within 3 years.
The resort project includes a top hotel, an international meeting center, international apartments, concourse, business street, and residence area. The group aims at building it into a domestic hotspring resort and international leisure residence through blending the local historical culture of Tangquan.
The Citic Shenzhen (Group) Company, a wholly owed subsidiary company of Citic Group, has been developing in Huizhou for 7 years and has invested a total of RMB2 billion for project development.
Huizhou is located in the southeast of Guangdong and in the northeast area of the Pearl River Delta, near Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
