Millennium & Copthorne International Limited has made two top-level appointments for its Millennium Hongqiao Hotel Shanghai.
Clement Teo is the new general manager of the hotel. A Singapore citizen, Teo joins the hotel from Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore where he has served as hotel manager. With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, Teo has worked with several international deluxe hotels such as Shangri-La Hotel Singapore, The Westin Stamford and Westin Plaza, Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa Resort and the historic Goodwood Park Hotel.
Kelly Lee is the director of sales and marketing. A U.S. national, she has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and joined the hotel in December 2007. Reporting to the general manager of the hotel, Lee will oversee all marketing, sales and public relations activities of the hotel. Prior to this, she worked at the Great Wall Sheraton Hotel Beijing as director of sales and was director of catering and MICE at the Grand Hyatt Taipei.
