The first Doubletree by Hilton Beijing in Asia has made two top-level appointments.

Justin Guo has been appointed general manager and he is also the first Chinese national general manager within Hilton Group. He has over 16 years of management experience in the international hospitality industry. He joined the Hilton international group in 1995, and prior to joining the Hilton group, worked for Westin Hotel Shanghai, China. He also has management experience in Hilton Hotel in Shanghai, Beijing, and Sanya in the capacity of director of operations and director of business development. Guo is originally from Shanghai, graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology, has the Housing Authority Certificate from Conrad College, and an MBA degree from Dong Hua University.

Jim Sun is the new director of business development. Sun has over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry and worked in Holiday Inn Lido Hotel and Hilton Beijing. He was previously business development manager for the Hilton International London Sales Office in London where he helped develop the Chinese market for all 17 London Hilton Hotels.
