Dazhong Group Builds New Hotel Brand

The Dazhong Holiday Hotel with RMB100 million investment from Dazhong Transportation (Group) Co., Ltd. has opened in Langzhong, an indication that the group will integrate tourism real estate projects and travel service resources to build the new hotel brand in China.
At the beginning of 2008, Dazhong began to implement its new strategic development plan combining comprehensive urban transport, real estate, and financial investment. These hotel projects under the brand of "Dazhong Holiday" will be the group's major expansion focus.
The new hotel is located on the banks of Jialing River, Sichuan, and is the group's sixth hotel. It is built according to four-star standards, and is regarded as one of important business investment projects in Langzhong city.
Dazhong also plans to build more holiday hotels in the scenic spots of the Yangtze River Delta, Hainan, and Anhui to set up an operational model of hotel chains distributed in main attractions around China. The group has accumulated customer resources in medium and high-end business travelers, MICE and leisure tourism markets through its operating business including inbound and outbound traveling services, domestic tourism, air services and its five existing hotels. The group is expected to use the three years from 2008 to 2010 to build the image of Dazhong Holiday hotels.
