New Hotel Project Comes To Hunan

Fenghuang County Tourism Bureau in Hunan announced a plan of a four-star hotel project in the county.

This project totals RMB80.5 million investment and covers a 17,000-square-meter construction area. It will be comprised of two main buildings and two attached buildings, which can provide total 500 guestrooms with the capacity of 850 guests. The hotel is positioned as a complex of residence, dining, shopping, meeting and leisure entertainment facilities.

Fenghuang welcomed more than 3.5 million tourists and reached RMB1.18 billion in tourism revenue in 2006.
