Grand Metropark Hotel Nanjing has recently been recognized as a Gold Leaf Grade China Green Hotel.

According to the Green Hotel Standard created by the China National Tourism Administration, a Green Hotel must be energy-efficient and environmental-friendly. The hotel has to put priorities on energy and resources saving, food safety and hygiene to meet the standard of the regulations.

With environmental concerns the Grand Metropark Hotel Nanjing says it always follows the principle of "high-efficiency, pollution-free and energy conservation" in the purchase, operation and maintenance of its facilities. The hotel has also made many innovations in establishing itself as a Green Hotel inclusive of promoting green services, providing environmentally friendly products and healthy food, and advocating green consumption.

Meanwhile every staff in the hotel aims to offer consistent comfort and care to guests and also to provide a green management system to minimize resource consumption and reduce environmental impact.
