Jinling Hotels & Resorts has formed a strategic alliance with Regal Hotels International for joint cooperation involving various departments and resources of both companies.

According to terms of the agreement, Jinling and Regal will work closely in sales and marketing, customer resources, human resources, training, and corporate culture. This is a win-win alliance benefiting both that will successfully expand and enhance their markets here and abroad.

"According to developmental standards inherent to the hotel industry, successful international hotel chains are focusing on brand name and globalization as two ways to expand market share. To ensure consistent development, we must form collaborations that better utilize our resources. Expanding hotel chain properties, increasing brand name recognition, making full use of shared resources and forming cooperation that hold value are the ideal way for Chinese hotels to succeed; today and in the future," said Frank Hou, president of Jinling Hotels & Resorts Corporation.

Regal Hotels International is one of the largest hotel group in Hong Kong. RHI currently manages five hotels in the local region: Regal Airport Hotel at Hong Kong International Airport; Regal Hong Kong Hotel in Causeway Bay; Regal Kowloon Hotel in Tsimshatsui East; Regal Oriental Hotel in Kowloon City; and Regal Riverside Hotel in Shatin. In addition, the company operates two hotels in Shanghai: Regal International East Asia Hotel and Regal Shanghai East Asia Hotel.
