Singapore Airlines Moving To Beijing's New Airport Terminal

Singapore Airlines flights will start operating from Beijing Capital International Airport's new Terminal 3 from March 16, 2008.

The first flights in and out of the new terminal will be SQ812 into Beijing from Singapore at 07:20 and SQ811, departing Beijing for Singapore at 08:45.

"Singapore Airlines is pleased to be operating from the new Beijing Capital International Airport Terminal 3," says Singapore Airlines General Manager China, Ho Yik Wing.

Terminal 3 is located approximately 25 kilometers from downtown Beijing and approximately 5 kilometers away from the current terminals 1 and 2.

Customers can proceed to Check-In Area E for check-In on Singapore Airlines flights. Counters open three hours, and close 60 minutes, before flight departure. Customers are advised to check-in early, preferably three hours before flight departure, to avoid congestion.
