The RMB20 million renovation program at Shangri-La Hotel, Dalian is now complete, and the 202 deluxe rooms and suites on eight floors have been unveiled.

"With the unveiling of our new deluxe room floors, Shangri-La Hotel, Dalian is now elevated to a class of its own.  Together with the hotel's Horizon Club renovations undertaken in 2006, the hotel's position as the leading hotel in Dalian has been reinforced, allowing us to better cater to the increasing demand for luxury accommodation from executive business travellers," said Celine Du, director of marketing of Shangri-La Hotel, Dalian.

Steve Leung Designers Limited of Hong Kong designed the new deluxe room floors. All rooms overlook the coastal city's natural harbor or cityscape and offer the full range of Shangri-La amenities, which includes broadband, data ports, IDD, satellite TV, a pillow menu and 24-hour room service.
